TRAINING- Monday, 21July!
Training today was PT all th way! hahhaha:D
15 rounds
Then did 4sets of that thing. hahaha
dont know what its called.
Sprint, then dodge, ladder, then 20pushups, 20 crunches, 20 leg thrust,
20 burpies and then jog and start everything all over again.
4 sets of that!
hahahha!:D
After that was th legworks!
3sets
40secs of agility jumps, dk how many secs of agility steps, and lastly pitterpatter.
Felt so accomplished after all of th pt.
hahahha. felt like i lost 5kg. :D
was sweating like @#$%^&*(@#$%^&*
But it was good though.
Today was not bad, quite fun actually despite th ptssssss.
ahahaha
Pole jump!
500 altogether. FUNFUNFUNFUN
Then cleaned court. quite fun. ahhahahha:D
cleaning court is a type of bonding man!
Cause shirong's last day today,
so we played full court!
we'll miss you!
