TRAINING AT SINGAPORE POLY!

Volleyball was funny. congrats to pakistan. hahhaha
and singpore as runner up
Training was quite tiring, but not bad la! hahaha:D
some parts quite fun. Did pt the whole training, and cdiv doing court.
Started with 2.4 around track, then uhm. yah so on.
The steps this was kinda tiring (for me) ahhahha:D
I was like dying halfway through. ablbalbalba.
And the wheelbarrow thing was fun:D

hooray! tmr's trng will be in school! finally!
and we'll be doing courtwork! :) MUAHAHHA
